  • The Scattered Light captures the initial state of emotional fracture and quiet isolation. Deep, raw palm fiber base tones anchor the canvas, representing the weighty, unrefined energy of the spirit before the healing journey begins.   

  • Hand-stitched palm fiber strands cross the surface in fragmented, disconnected vectors, mimicking light rays dispersed across a dark expanse.   

• Tactile & Material Expression:

  • The raw, jagged application of pre-treated local Ras Al Khaimah palm fiber creates dramatic, shadow-casting topographies. Fine oil pigments in soft taupe and dark earthy tones accentuate the physical distance between stitched nodes.   

• Light Play & Spatial Presence:

  • Under low or ambient side-lighting, the high structural ridges throw long, brooding shadows across the canvas surface. As directional light shifts, isolated pockets of texture ignite, symbolizing scattered rays waiting to be gathered into form.
